These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of websites, landing pages, forms, resources, communications, and other online services operated by Pure Momentum Associates, LLC, doing business as Pure Momentum (“Pure Momentum,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Pure Momentum provides executive advisory, enterprise capability, consulting, coaching, research, education, and related professional services.

Executive and leadership coaching provided by Pure Momentum is a professional development service.

Organizations, leaders, teams, circumstances, and implementation conditions vary.

Examples, case studies, testimonials, performance measures, or prior client results are provided to illustrate prior work and do not guarantee that another individual or organization will achieve the same or similar outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of Pure Momentum websites and materials, including text, frameworks, methodologies, graphics, branding, names, designs, downloads, assessments, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Pure Momentum and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view or download materials for your own internal, non-commercial use when expressly made available for that purpose.
